moving around 2d map

Hi
can anyone help me on this? I have RW 3 (2012) on windows 7 and everything works ok except for 2d map. I can't really move around ,as it stays fixed on whenever my train is atn. I've tried all i could (using left anf right mouse button , arrrows..etc). All i am able to do is to zoom in and out. Is it any way how to fix this?

On the 2d map screen there is an icon in the top right. Blue will denote that it is sticking to the player train. Clicking it will turn it red, you can then roam the map.
