Six months ago we had a thread (now locked) on the old posters which had been uncovered at Hamilton Square. http://www.railforums.co.uk/showthread.php?t=108451&highlight=Hamilton+Square
Merseyrail has now put up a mural on Platform 1 which contains a montage of some of the best posters uncovered in the refurbishment.
I have attached a picture of it. It's just about legible.
Good on Merseyrail/Network Rail for showing off this interesting local heritage to passengers.
Hopefully the mural will last another few decades until the next refurbishment!
