Mystery Loco

As i was driving into Salisbury this morning saw a blue loco with a rake of yellow coaches, it caught me unaware so just saw it flash by out of the corner of my eye.

Any ideas what it was ????

Yes, saw a Network Rail train toped and tailed by DRS locos at Portsmouth Harbour on Wednesday.
