I'm surprised nobody else has pointed this out; maybe I've missed it. But since at least yesterday evening the routeing guide is unavailable. For quite a few years now there has been no paper version; only the website
http://data.atoc.org/routeing-guide
which is showing following error:
The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.
Error message
PDOException: SQLSTATE[HY000] [1129] Host 'ip-10-49-37-224.eu-west-1.compute.internal' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts' in lock_may_be_available() (line 167 of /iblocks-data/www/dod/html/includes/lock.inc).

It seems like the sort of thing a forum member might do, to travel via a non-permitted route and offer the excuse that they weren't able to check whether it was permitted or not!

I first saw this yesterday afternoon - seems intermittent. It's worked a couple of time for me this morning.
