Network Rail Settle Carlisle 8th-10th March

I'll be travelling from Shipley to Glasgow Central OUT on 8th March, RTN on 10th March.
Does anyone have any news re the work being planned by Network Rail on the Settle Carlisle line and what the impact on services may be, as I'd like to avoid bustitution if possible.
The latest info indicates the timetables will not be released until 22nd Jan for travel on the 10th March.

It looks like a generic warning rather than anything specific (contrast eg Bradford-Manchester that day).
