just a quick question about the validity of a network railcard. I think the answer is no, but worth checking:
My dad owns a network railcard and often travels with my mum as well, both getting a 3rd off of course. Would the railcard (which is in his name) be valid for my mum to make an journey on her own?
Just thought I'd check before she pays full fare, just in case there is a way of getting a discount afterall.
