New Class 86 website

As there seems to be no other website fully devoted to the Class 86s I have set one up

Great idea Jonathan. I have always loved the old electrics especially the 86's and 87's and it's a shame to see that not many people share my love of these locos. I think the sites really good and I hope you can continue with it. Well done.
