New ticket office retail systems

    Apologies, I tried to see if there was already a thread on this change but couldn't. What's all this about? A revolution in ticket vending?

    Image attached from Hertford East this morning. Ironic surely that they would invest in a system that actually added to the time taken to issue tickets. I'd rather they didn't bother if it's just going to add to queues...

    Would this new system explain the strange looking thing I was presented with at Liverpool Street counter a few days ago? Attached.
