Just checking through Avantix and an 'Offshore Return' appeared on a Aberdeen-Penzance enquiry.

It doesn't say who sets the fare and is available via +London (1W) and Not London (8A).

I assume that CC set the Not London and NXEC set the +London.

When did this ticket appear, and why isn't it named something a bit more conventional like Off-Peak?

This ticket is within the FRPP and is designed for those workers who work "Offshore" who need extended ticketing validity

Suprised then it isn't avilable to more stations- Norwich for example- that are close to airlinks to the oil fields.
