As we will all remember, the North Wales Coast was used by visits of the Crewe Test Train, especially during the Class 37 refurb programme.
If anyone has any loco gen on these trains I would love to hear.
I know the majority of the test trains usually had a 47 in the consist for security & for rescue purposes, but have seen photos of the occasional 33.
Was it ever known for a refurbished 37 to be paired in multiple with other locomotives?
Also, prior to the Class 37 refurbishment programme, did any odd loco pairings take place?
