Northern 156485 Query

Does anybody know what's wrong with the Scotrail 156 (156485) that's currently stabled at Newton Heath at the moment?

Its got no door at one end and looking at the interior it seems to have some panels missing from where the door was.

Has this one been involved in some sort of incident which is keeping it out of service?

It went to NH a few weeks ago from HT ECS I think. Exam then off to Eastleigh for refurb. And it needs it desperately. The interior snd cabs are in a shocking state. It was the last one of the five Scottish 156s to enter service with Northern some three months after it arrived.
