No - it has been gone for a good 2 months now (went for refurb on Monday 5th August)

234 was still GMPTE livery underneath the Northern Vinyls, so I doubt it’s had much of one.

All the Northern ones? There was no remnants of blue I could see on that 323 from either NWT, FNW or Northern Rail. Why would that GMPTE livery still be visible if it had a repaint?

The only paint any of 323223-323239 have seen since their initial GMPTE as delivered colours has been yellow warning ends, external window frames on all bodyside windows. Both First North Western's and Serco-abellio Northern's actual liveries were applied in vinyl wrap as opposed to paint. Edit to correct myself. One 323 323227 if I remember correctly did receive a painted relivery after Regional Railways GMPTE scheme and appeared in overall blue with the North Western Trains logo and gold stars.

Well it's covered by plastic so who knows although in the image shown earlier, it's held up pretty well.

There's a pic in the class 323 group on facebook, someone had stolen off a certain mr ranger/brown(?) and apparently he stole the pic of someone else and the project is all hush-hush.

I know I asked this a few pages back, but now the refurbs have started, does anyone know what PIS is being fitted? I hope that they might put in CAF screens - I like the ones on the 195s - but that's unlikely, I know.

It's possible as they've started adding PID screen on some of the 150s and 319s (but not yet in operation) but won't know until we see it.

Northern have used TrainFX for their other refurbs so far so I'd be very surprised if it gets anything else I'm afraid.
