Northern Rail complimentary vouchers on former TPE services

Could anyone please let me know if Northern Rail complimentary vouchers can be used on services between Windermere and Preston and Blackpool to Manchester Airport?

I am planning a trip on Saturday.

Why not? They are services operated by Northern so their normal conditions apply.

Presumably the current newspaper offer is the same, i.e. all current northern railway routes.
