No an ex team leader at work used to catch a bus from south Manchester to Wilmslow but described it as "via Belgium" since it went through a few housing estates rather than just stuck to making stops on the major roads.

150204 is an Angel unit, not Porterbrook. It’s not “Potabrook” either! ;)

No I don't think it's being operated by Northern as I don't believe their drivers sign that far south! It will be a freight operator, and I suspect they have simply requested obfuscation in the data feed as the tend to do.

I felt sure that the RTT entries once upon a time showed Northern as the operator with a class 5 headcode for these Newton Heath- Crewe moves, but I can't go back that far now.

Maybe my memory is getting a bit hazy nowadays as the pubs are open again!

To be honest I don't know I were going by a previous post on this thread of up to date refurbished units. The # symbol by the unit numbers represents it has usb and WiFi status. But I would imagine where you think is where the usb is installed as the 156s are.

The sockets are built in to the wall panel, so if you're in the aisle seat will have to reach across the passenger in the window seat to access

The USBs are in the panels below the windows, next to the seats. The Porterbrook 150's and 156's are nearly done with digital train mods now with only 150268, 156460, 156461 and 156464 to go.

Out of interest where are the extra PIS screens being put on the 156s? Is it just on the wooden partition between the seating area and the doors?

Sorry meant Sat. Losing track of time.
Any news on 150 268 which was at Kilmarnock (was it last Dec?) then moved by road to Doncaster 18th June. Seens to be taking a long time.
