A Intercity Express train has derailed in Warsaw at 06:00
38 people were sent to the hospitals to be treated for the injuries
however there are no deaths
the train was going from Zakopane to Gdansk
I think it was an incident with a semapore signal
and 3 carriages have been badly damaged that they cannot be restored and may be stored and possibly scrapped

these accidents sometimes occasionally happen in Poland

actually i can now confirm what had happened :(
the Intercity train was waiting at a semaphore signal
and a Tricity train (local train) hit the locomotive of the Intercity express on the same track
