Castleford - Selby
Castleford - Doncaster

Ebbsfleet International to Northfleet would be another one.

No...!
There is no direct line between them

I will add -

Sandling to Calais (via Channel Tunnel)

Lee to Grove Park (via Lee Spur)

If we're talking freight-only curves, Manea-Shippea Hill/Downham Market, since it is possible to get between the two while avoiding Ely, but all passenger trains reverse in the station.

Shippea Hill or Littleport (closer than Downham Market) to Manea is possible, but not the other way round as the West Curve is only signalled westbound.

Ditto Addlestone to Byfleet & New Haw.
Hourly on Sundays!

Stoke-on-Trent to Rugeley Trent Valley (although not in the other direction) is a valid answer as well, unless I've missed something...

Would the LM Euston to Crewe services not cover this, even though they are not consecutive stations on said route?

Using the direct line, you are definitely correct.

Bottesford to Ancaster (all scheduled services reverse at Grantham).
Apart from:
0955 Nottingham - Skegness
1614 Nottingham - Sleaford
0655 Nottingham - Sleaford (SO)

1730 Skegness - Nottingham
2102 Skegness - Nottingham
0650 Sleaford - Nottingham (SO)

The 0955 Nottingham-Skegness service doesn't call at Bottesford or Ancaster; The 1614 and 0655 services are both via Lincoln.

Same applies in the other direction; both the Skegness-Nottingham services you mention skip both Ancaster and Bottesford, the Sleaford-Nottingham service goes via Lincoln.

I stand corrected about all trains reversing at Grantham, but Bottesford to Ancaster was still a valid answer on this thread.
