*Prepares to be barraged with abuse* Sugababes - Angels with Dirty Faces (album) - playing track 7, 'Virgin Sexy', currently
I've had the Flight of the Navigator soundtrack in my head all day, alarming some of my passengers humming it as I cashed up... so I'm downloading it as we speak. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AyNJ4198Z94 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ml3qNKF8j9Q
South of Heaven - Slayer. The intro is nothing short of epic Bloodstone - Stratovarius (Originally by Judas Priest) 100th reply (and this being my 24th post here means I've roughly posted a quarter of them )
Current: Iron Maiden - Futureal Next: Iron Maiden - The Angel and the Gambler. Or in other words the Virtual XI album. Which is think is incredibly underated sadly, due to it not being Bruce. Chris
Current: April Rain - Delain Next: Nemo - Nightwish And probably annoying the neighbours --- old post above --- --- new post below --- Now: Feuerräder - Rammstein Next: Losing my Religion - Lacuna Coil (not heard the latter yet) --- old post above --- --- new post below --- And I shan't be hearing it again. Time for some Blood Brothers to clean my ears
Being the Virgin Group devotee that I am, my now playing is currently Mike Oldfield - Tubular Bells (Part 1)
Roberta Flack (I haven't yet figured out how to put a vid directly into a post) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mLJIgvHpD3c
Do the following: Type youtube, with the square brackets [] around it. Then insert the part of the link that comes after "v=", so in this case mLJIgvHpD3c. Finally, type in youtube again, but precede it with a forward slash / and then both the word and the mark with the same square brackets - just like any other code. The result is as follows (click the QUOTE box below to see for yourself): P.S.: Who is Roberta Flack? Ideally without a Wikipedia link?
Lucidity by Tame Impala - glorious Beatles/Hendrix-inspired rock. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NONaxCjTsnc
Thank you Ivo. Roberta Flack is an American soul singer, same generation as Aretha Franklin. Popular as a solo performer and also singing duets with Donny Hathaway and Peabo Bryson. I am a soul and reggae man, but mostly 70's/80's tunes. Virgin Records actually had a reggae label in the 70's called Virgin Front Line
Loving this song at the moment, can't wait to see them in Edinburgh in March! EDIT: if it's a bit slow to load on here try going here - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dyMrq4HfECM
Ahh, the memories Ratatat - Gettysburg --- old post above --- --- new post below --- Damnit!
