Just back from a trip which involved a train journey from Utrecht to Rotterdam via Gouda.
I noticed on the south side of the tracks near Woerden, a Bristol VR/ECW in faded red.
Further along nearer to Rotterdam, I saw what appeared to be a half cab 'decker, parked on what seemed to be waste ground, again in very faded red, possibly a PD3 or Lodekka (I do know the difference between the two but I had about a 2 second view from the train).
Does anybody know anything about these vehicles?

Thanks TGW, had no idea so many surviving Bristol/ECW in Europe.

Just for everyone's info, the website referred to is http://bcv.robsly.com/ -a huge resource which you could spend all night (and longer!) looking at.

You can also look for the member ‘fransang’ on the Flickr photo site - he is a Dutch gent with an interest in UK buses and has many photos of British buses, potentially including the ones you saw, on that site.
