The Olympia "exhibition service" will not operate during the period of "the Games" 27 July - 9 September.

The service will operate at weekends only, however an earlier start of 05:53 will run on Saturdays 28 July, 4/11 Aug, 1/8 Sept.

Off topic but isn't it rather than ironic that a venue named Olympia is not being used as a 2012 Olympic venue ?!

Maybe it sounds silly, but am I right, that these restrictions are just temporarily during "the games" or will they implemented until further notice due to low usage?

The existing Working TimeTable (WTT) 141 resumes on 10 September until 8 December and no further changes will happen during that time.
