On the All-Wales Express

I would like to suggest that any future posts go on the ATW Track Access Application thread on the General Discussion board as we are discussing the same topic on two threads. I know this thread covers the WAG Express but there are also posts on the other thread as it is now a part of a bigger picture. In any case we seem to be discussing things other than traction on the WAG thread.
