One Day TfL Bus & Tram Pass from TOC ticket offices.

According to the NRE website, various TOCs are able to sell the TfL One Day Bus & Tram Pass and not just LUL and London Overground. Is this done through the ticket office or can you buy through TVMs as well?

No reason why any TOC shouldn't be able to sell them at a ticket office, with an origin of any station in London (e.g. London Terminals) and a destination of London Bus & Tram (code H811) - they are almost exactly the same as a Travelcard technically. (Whether they want to on the other hand...)

TVMs I would doubt.
