Online VSE fail

Hi,

I have scanned through the forums and havent found the answer to a question I want to ask , that being, if I have failed an online VSE ( 3rd part ) with Crossrail, does that count as a fail with the TOC's that use the VSE or because it's not test conditions do I have 2 further goes at an assesement centre , if I get that far ?
