Operations team memebr (Shunter) Interview advice

Hi all
I have an interview for the role of ground shunter, does anyone have any ideas to what kind of questions are likely to be asked? I’m guessing it will be competency based, focusing on things such as safety, following rules & regs, communicational skills and teamwork...but any further help would be much appreciated.

General generic advise.

Look at the person specs list out the knowledge, skills, experience required for the role. Bone up on these, make sure you can answers questions of previous experience or knowledge, have examples of when you have demonstrated the skills required. Use the STAR method to structure some prepped answers.
