I saw a dead sparrow just laying on the coupler of a voyager once, it hadn't been hit by the train as it was intact and looked like it had died peacefully, probably caught a whilff of the voyager toilets

Ive seen the remains of a pidgeon in the dellner couplings on a Voyager. Was'nt exactly stomach settling.....

All birds have a deathwish. They always fly off at the last moment beofre a fast train passes.

and another thing that used to be noticed at penzance, go down to the end of the platforms, and you will usually see a fair many rotting carcus of a bird of some description, thats been prised off the front end. tasty! keeps the kebabey up the road in buisness anyway!

I've seen a 91 with a (dead) pigeon in its horn before - ouch!
