Oxford area <-> Marylebone fares

Does anyone have advance knowledge of whether Chiltern will be offering 'route High Wycombe' fares (or similar), via Oxford, from other nearby stations - in particular the Cotswold Line, but perhaps also Tackley, Radley and the like?

(Not seeking to reopen the old one about that easement...)

Based on fares to Islip and Bicester Town Village, probably about 10p cheaper than the GWR fares, as there's not much room for flex without going under the fare to Haddenham & Thame Parkway.
