1. Is Oyster pre-pay valid on London Midland (in the unlikely event of a non-cancellation) EUS - HRW ?
2. If going from KGX is it cheaper to walk to EUS than to get LU to EUS?
3. If going from KGX are you penalised for changing at EUS compared to not touching out/in there and instead changing to the Bakerloo at Baker St (no barriers there)

1. Yes, it is valid upto Watford. Oyster map
2. Probably, see 3.
3. The oyster website is unhelpful on this subject, but I think that if you touch out/in at EUS you would probably get charged for a U1 single then a single from U1 to HRW, or what ever the daily maximum is now. If you avoid touching out/in you should just be charged U1 - HRW.

When was the last time you visited Watford Junction? LM have accepted PAYG as far north as Watford Junction since 18 November 2007 and Southern before then.

The current list is also available on the TfL website.
Also from LM's website: http://www.silverlink-trains.com/index.php/cms/pages/view/76
Selected services on London Midland and other rail transport services now accept ‘Pay As You Go' Oyster, as follows:

* London Midland services between London Euston and Watford Junction, including intermediate stations (these are ex-Silverlink County services).
