Hi folks,

Heading down to Cornwall on the 20th August. Was hoping to travel on the 2345 sleeper to Penaznce with 2 adults and 2 children all with priv tickets. Ive gone through the booking office at my local station and they are coming up with a ticket for £79 A Fixed Fam Std Ticket (GWR ONLY 00955). Is this a sleeper ticket with beds? As I've struggled to get any info on this ticket, and usually when something Is too good to true it isn't! Any help appreciated

Ticket type seems to be good for a group of 1-2 adults AND 1-4 children.

Single (one way) journey only on a specific GWR service.

N.B. Is this for seating only or one (or more) sleeper berths?

(Guessing it's seating only. Would that be correct?)

Can't see any Priv discount applied/available, either.

Link to BR fares info below.

Thats great, I couldn't find a link on BRFARES.

That was also my main question is it seats or berths? I imagine the former.

That’s a seated ticket and berths would be at an upgrade Cost. Assuming there is even quota for that ticket type on the NR.

Sorry for the late reply, all help much appreciated. Finally got a response off GWR and as suggested it isn't a berth. However sleeper tickets booked via the specialist sleeper team via phone.
