Paddington track number CW

At Westbourne Park heading out of Paddington each track has a huge number 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and CW above it. What does CW mean?

Quail marks the track next to 5 as "Crossrail Westbound". Crossrail Eastbound is further north, beyond the turnback lines.
