can anyone please help me find an up to date list of 390/391 stock with train formation and car numbers?

There is no Class 391, they are all still 390s, however 9 car sets retain the old 3900xx numbering system, whilst 11 car sets are now designated 3901xx.

There should be a lot on this in the Traction & Rolling Stock sub-forum, a quick search may bring something up.
