I'm a bit curious about this role that Transpennine Express are presently advertising for in Manchester.
I've seen that GWR are presently advertising for Customer Ambassador's and the job specification is far more detailed.
As both TOCs are run by First Group is it wise to make an assumption that a Performance Ambassador is the same as a Customer Ambassador? Does the Performance Ambassador role involve a training programme to begin with.
The TPE role doesn't make reference to salary and is only a FTC until the end of March next year. Again is it worth applying as I don't want to be unemployed again by Easter!?!
