Photo cards 7 day tickets

    How come you need a photo card for a 7 Day ticket when bus companies can happily give out smart cards?

    The potential loss on the railway through fraudulent use of a season ticket is far greater than on the buses as generally rail journeys are longer than bus journeys.

    Hardly comparable to a £7484 season ticket from Peterborough to London, or a £5028 one from Milton Keynes, or a £4188 one from Flitwick...
