This may possibly depress or inspire people depending on your point of view and current level of photography, but that photo was just a well-timed capture from a Samsung S8 camera phone.
I figured that with that sunlight, a shot of the dispatch procedure may make quite an interesting photo, and was proved right, but even I was impressed with my phones' efforts there.
