Hi, I am a new member and have some old (60s to 80s) train photographs to share.
My father died in 1987 and I have been carrying his collection of >2500 35mm slides around the world with me.... As I am retired I have spent some time scanning them and trying to fix them as many are damaged. I still have a few hundred more to scan.
The flickr account has a few of the them related to trains and buses in the Manchester area as well as north of England.
I've also set up a new group: Trains, trams and trolleys in the Celtic Countries: https://www.flickr.com/groups/14865488@N21/. This is to bring together rail/tram/trolley pictures from Brittany, Cornwall, Ireland, Isle of Man, Scotland and Wales - any era, any type.
my flickr with updates most days with content from around the world!
future plans include serbia albania slovenia and much much more! https://www.flickr.com/ukbuses
Hi there! Well Known as Luivery Across Social Media I have been doing Trainspotting all my life starting with a notepad and pen as a child before starting to move toward camerawork. and now as of 2022 have been taking videos and pics of all my trips to watch and film the trains. Seeing things...
I just uploaded some images to Flickr for sharing here across three albums [only 34 images as of now]. But many are old WP steam locos including Fairy Queen.
