Dear Christopher,There's an article by Tom Allett on the dive-under in the next Rail magazine out on the 17th of November. It states in the article that the naming of the opening date was imminent as it went to press.

From another thread on this forum :
"Is the dive under coming into service with the winter timetable on Sunday 12th Dec? If so, does anyone know what the first service is likely to be?"
Hi Chris, I can see that the junction is due to open in December to freight, but that is all we have been updated with so far. ^MichelleDear Christopher,
Thank you for contacting us to request information on the opening of Werrington junction dive under.
Werrington junction dive-under is due to open to freight traffic in December.
There will be a ministerial visit when the dive under opens, this will not be accessible to members of the public.
I hope that you find this information helpful.
Kind Regards
Sharon Neil

Looking at it more closely it looks likely. That Dozer.
Could it be a Vib Roller?
