As I have noticed
that the Piccadilly Line had received new seat covers
They do look comfy than the old ones
The seat covers are dark blue with colourful circles on them

have anyone recently travelled on them with the new seat covers? :)

Yes, many times. They've been around for a while now. I've also noticed that the same moquette has been applied to some of the seats on the 96T/S fleet.

I believe it's a cost-saving measure, as the current seats on the 73T/S (seen here) are made from two different pieces of material, and the new design uses just one, making it cheaper to replace.

Yes, they have been around for a while as most of the time i've travelled on the picc i've seen them.

I think they're a good improvement on the others, not great, but good and I hope they're here to stay for a while!

I certainly think that the new moquettes are an improvement, as silly as it sounds, I think its more comfy to sit on them!
