I was heading towards platform 2 at South Parkway last night when I noticed the PIS showing my Northern operated train to West Allerton was not just showing the stops to Lime Street but also a message saying "We were the most reliable UK train operator in 2019" . Ha ha. I thought it was a mickey take until I realised they meant Merseyrail. It just shows Northern though, well, until the other TOCs passing through become the most reliable. Made me chuckle anyway.
