301 is the train number, booked into Arsenal at 2110 but could be running late.

ASG is the code for destination Arnos Grove.

No idea about other parts which appear to be the same for all trains.

For cross-referencing train numbers with the working timetable, see this page from TfL.

TTN100/18 is the current one for Piccadilly line.

940GZZLUASG is the NaPTAN code for Arnos Grove. NaPTAN codes are used by many journey planning/navigation systems; every station, bus stop etc has one and I think it even goes down to individual entrance level if needed. There's more detail elsewhere on the internet.

Every train on that website seems to have -940GZZLU in between the set number and the code for the station.

From what I read about NaPTAN, my understanding is that 940GZZLU indicates that it is a London Underground (or their part of a) station (Croydon Tramlink and DLR have ~CR and ~DL codes)

940GZZLUVIC - Victoria tube station
940GZZDLMUD - Mudchute DLR station
940GZZCRCTR - Centrale Tram stop
910GEALINGB - Ealing Broadway National Rail station
490G00006701 - Fairdale Gardens bus stop
930GWWC - Woolwich Ferry north pier

Every station, bus stop or transport stop (that has data) in the UK has a unique code. Which are all used in online websites and apps that use TfL's (and other companies) open data.

As far as railbourne services are concerned, GZZLU is London Underground, GZZDL is Docklands Light Railway and GZZCRT is the Croydon Tramlink, although isn't that just called "Tram" nowadays?
