Which bus operators have already got poppies on their vehicles, which bus operators are going to have special "poppy" livery vehicles, which bus operators don't have any poppies on their vehicles?

I ask because I noticed that Stagecoach's Supertrams have poppies on them (25 October 2021), but I haven't noticed any on local buses in this neck of the woods yet - generally First/Stagecoach tend to put poppies on everything but it's maybe only from around the start of November?

Seems to be a bigger thing each year (like with "pride" liveries etc) - I thought it might warrant a thread

Stagecoach Merseyside & South Lancs have E400MMC 10534 in a 'poppy' livery, in fact it has carried it for a couple of years. I believe it's working out of Preston for a few weeks currently. Here's a shot I took back in 2019 in Liverpool, not long after it received the livery https://www.flickr.com/photos/dmc1947/48535888922

First Leeds have all got poppies on now. Not sure about the rest of West Yorkshire as I haven't paid much attention but would imagine they do.

Arriva derby have added poppy stickers to the front of their vehicles over the weekend. Trentbarton and Kinchbus normally do as well but not seen any yet.

First Essex have repainted a Gemini-bodied B7TL (SN55 HFA/32673) in a special poppy livery. Flickr pics will no doubt start appearing over the next few days.

Good lord - that was a singularly unreliable vehicle when it was with West of England!

I noticed that Guernsey CT Plus have a poppy liveried Streetvibe; guess it's been done a while though

Aye it seemed to develop something of a reputation while down there; Glasgow had a few examples of the same batch for a time in 2018-19 (all since transferred south) and I don't seem to recall any significant issues with them. 673 just seems like it was the most disagreeable of the bunch lol

Staying on topic, have Lothian unveiled their poppy bus for this year, if they are doing one at all?

Transdev Keighley have had them since at least Monday.

They weren't there a week earlier.

I have seen some National Express Levante 3’s with a poppy on the drivers side front.
I have yet to see anything on any local bus operators fleets near me (Cornwall).

Xelabus of Eastleigh, Hampshire, have begun applying poppies to the nearside front panel of vehicles.

Rowgate Group (White Bus, Fernhill Travel and Baileys Coaches) CEO Simon Rowlands has Tweeted:

Nice to see the entire fleet donning their Poppy’s. Thank you to the Royal British Legion for once again supplying our poppies for staff and vehicles.

Stagecoach South today unveiled two Enviro 400s in Poppy livery - Aldershot’s Gold 1 SN66 VYW and one of the south coast depot’s Coastliner 700 707 DCD.

Of note with these two is a rather little nifty (and appropriately done for the area that each vehicle works in) feature of the livery - the offside of the Scania features a photo of the Royal Navy in this years appeal, while the MMC features the Army.

DRAMATIC, emotive and respectful.
Those were the words used by creative director Ray Stenning to summarise the striking red poppies against the backdrop of a green field and which emblazon the side of this unique bus.
The bus’s exterior artwork has been designed to commemorate Armistice Day, marked today, and Remembrance Sunday this weekend.
The annual event offers us all the chance to reflect of the sacrifices made by those who have served in the British Armed forces.
This year’s tributes are especially poignant because it is the 100th anniversary of the Royal British Legion, the charity which supports those who serve or have served in the forces.

Last year’s Remembrance services were hugely pared down due to the coronovirus pandemic, which banned large public gatherings, as the Government tried to curtail the spread of the virus.
The bus, operated by First Essex, goes into public service tomorrow.

First Essex commissioned Mr Stenning and his specialist transport design team at Best Impressions, in London, to come up with the image.

Mr Stenning said: “They wanted something different.
“The idea behind this was to adapt the liveries to create a field of poppies and was quite a dramatic approach and would appeal, but it is quite emotive because the field of poppies represents the fallen.
“We just felt it was a much more dramatic way of doing it.
“Also, the poppies growing - a lot of remembrance is to do with those who were killed in wars, but also the regeneration for the future.
“We are chuffed [with the design], it has come out really well and keeps the message quite simple as well. It is respectful but exciting in a nice way. It makes you look at it and think,” Mr Stenning added.
First Essex said the bus will continue in service for years to come.
Today the specially-designed bus will be offering trips back into the past, when VIP guests from the Royal British Legion and representatives from the Armed Forces will enjoy a special tour onboard

It will travel between historic Colchester landmarks in the company of re-enactment actor, Jim Williams, who will share experiences of the Great War.
He will be dressed in authentic uniform and serve as a real-life representation of the many thousands of servicemen who have lost their lives during conflict.
There will also be the chance for First Essex customers to see and hear these First World War memories as the commemorative bus goes into public service from about 11.36am today.
Operating on bus route 64a, which passes the Colchester Garrison, the special First Essex service will offer free travel until 1pm and the re-enactment actor will be on board.
Sheena Karim, marketing manager at First Essex Bus, said: “This is such an important time for many people to remember family, friends and others who have been lost in military service. The Remembrance bus has been designed to recognise these links and pay tribute.”

Photo above (my pic, taken last night - 13 Nov 21) shows 4580 on Lord Street (Southport), adorned in poppies, complete with appropriate 'destination' display.
