Possible refueling and maintenance depot at Leicester?

Heard off a friend at Nuneaton today that during the Olympics, when the freightliners are diverted via the MML, they are going to stable and refuel the loco's at Leicester (the shed). The only thing that concerns me is the state of the shed, it's well overgrown, looks like a jungle! Could anyone shed any light on this?

ive seen a dbs 60 stabled here quite a few times, i think its a db yard..
