Is it possible to buy this fare online at all or must it be purchased at a station?

I can definitely buy this from a vending machine at the station, but cant find any way of purchasing online. I've tried multiple booking sites and destinations of Liverpool Street, a station in zone 1-6, or London zones 1 - 6 and all of them will only offer this fare - http://www.brfares.com/#faredetail?orig=CBG&dest=1072&grpd=0035&rlc=NEW&tkt=WRE

You can buy this on new.trainsplit.com -- I just asked for a return ticket from Cambridge to Romford on 25th May

Thats great, just what I wanted to know! I guess there isnt any way to force the other booking engines to sell this to you, you'd have to use trainsplit to buy this ticket

I've also had this problem before (albeit to London Terminals rather than a travelcard, and with a Gold Card discount rather than Network Railcard). See https://www.railforums.co.uk/thread...f-peak-day-return-cambridge-to-london.178261/ - the conclusion was that it's been given a non-standard ticket type code and not all booking engines know that they're allowed to sell it. Greater Anglia, CrossCountry and TrainSplit would sell it to me, but nobody else.
