is an Anytime ticket a Preston to Bracknell valid via Waterloo instead of via Paddington and Reading?

Both routeings seem to have the cross London +.

Bizarrely "via London" is more expensive, but "Any Permitted" also has a + (and the Journey Planner confirms validity via Euston-Tube-Waterloo), therefore the former should not ever be sold.

So easy answer "yes", and buy the Any Permitted not the via London ticket!

Thanks, it's just NRE only show the Preston-Euston-Paddington-Reading-Bracknell route and not via Waterloo
