Problem with their website

I have a problem with nationalrails website with the fact that nothing related to special offers is available to me, all the links are missing off the homepage to it and also on the side and rover/ranger links. I'v tried firefox, IE, reinstalled, changed setting done nearly everything. Help please.

No nothings coming up, on the side there is everything else but no Special offers, when i get a link to the special offers i only see the TOC links on the side and the letters that are non clickable.

Managed to solve it by completely clearing all internet settings out from scratch. Thanks any way (Y).
