The existence of a path in the data underlying the websites you refer to does not mean that path is being used.

It would appear unlikely because we are in a National Lockdown.

I'm not sure it would have been Clan Line at this time of year anyway, perhaps a 67.

What's happening

24th January 2021

As you are aware, these are difficult times for all of us. Clan Line hasn't run a revenue-earning trip since February last year. However, we are doing all that we can in preparation for a return to near-normal.

This is the time of year when we have to re-certify our locomotive and support coach so that they can continue to run on the mainline. The current lockdown is making this particularly difficult, but we have done all that we can to be ready when the situation allows. We also have to bear in mind the effect that a long period out of use has on the boiler, and act accordingly. No matter what we do, we are not going to be ready to run at a moment's notice.

All during this period, we are keeping in close contact with our business partners - the rail tour companies that hire our engine from us. We have some interesting possibilities that are being looked at, but we can't say any more until the situation allows us to confirm some definite plans.

We hope that you understand.

'Wtt' schedules exist in the timetable for months at a time , but may not even run at all,
Only when a service is ' activated ' in trust , the railway computer system, will a train stand a chance of running . So the paths you see are the schedules that network rail have published, but whether it runs is up to the train operating company and their own business workings

Hopefully things will be back to normal at some point this year , I definately miss the smell of a kettle !
