A bit odd to have a Talent Pool for Qualifieds. Also at Lincoln - can't imagine unless someone is relocating there's many people a 60 min commute away otherwise...

There could be freight drivers living within that radius. Also drivers for other TOCs who currently commute from that region and want to move closer to home. Maybe a slim chance but you never know! In terms of a talent pool for qualified, maybe they have a few people coming up to retirement at Lincoln depot and want to fill the roles with people who don’t need the full training. I’m speculating of course!

Lincoln is very popular with a) freight drivers (large number of depots nearby with greatly reduced work following the run down of coal) and b) former depot drivers who go to Nottingham to get their licence and want to move back east.
