Above is the link from Railcolor, however I can't see the full version of the article as the article is open for subscribers only. Just ask if the old DMUs/EMUs are pending retirement, as mentioned in Slovenian Wikipedia, the Electric FLIRT and KISS are gonna replace the SŽ 311/315 and rolling stock expansion, while the Diesel FLIRT will replace SŽ 711, SŽ 713/715 and SŽ 813 (subseries 0xx). The last SŽ 311/315 got retired.

The SŽ class 310 EMUs will return to their original duty: the InterCity Slovenia (ICS) service connecting Ljubljana and Maribor.

The priority of Slovenian Railways is to replace the remaining locomotive-hauled local trains and the SŽ class 311/315 units. The last 311/315s were withdrawn on 24.06.2021. They don’t have digital GSM-R communication equipment.

what will displace the Class 310? and do you mean the FLIRT/KISS will replace a couple of coaches?

310: i don't know. They were not mentioned. Yes, the FLIRT / KISS will replace some locomotive hauled trains.
