Hello
My first message on the forum so hope I’m posting this in the right place.
I booked a rail and sail ticket on TrainLine from London Euston to Belfast via Glasgow and travelling on the Cairnryan/Belfast ferry. My train ticket is an Anytime ticket and I’ve been reserved on a 5.30am train. However, I can no longer travel until the evening on the same day.
Given that it’s an Anytime train ticket, can I still use it to travel on the 6pm train to Glasgow? I plan to stay there overnight and will our has another ferry ticket for the next morning. Using the rail and sail ticket to Glasgow is much cheaper than booking a stand-alone train ticket to Glasgow.
I just wanted to check if this is ok? Or are there extra restrictions of an anytime rail and sail ticket?
many thanks!!
