Rail delay repay

Hi, just wondering am i entitled to delay repay with vwc for travelling upto Scotland and back yesterday. Thanks for any responses.

If you travelled and were delayed over 30 minutes, then yes. If you abandoned your journey then a refund is more appropriate. (Although this is Virgin WC, they've been known to conpensate people for praising them:D)
