There are no 'Free' sites. You could join a Gen group, if you wanted to.

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/midlands-gen/ <--- This is the Midlands Gen Group.

Otherwise you could pay to join Freightmaster, or have a look for one of their books. There are some older copies at preserved railways or on eBay, but you have to remember that times have changed and some trains do not run.

Please can anyone let me know any free web sites for rail freight times through the Cradley Heath/Old Hill (West Midlands) area .
I normally charge for access to Freightmaster timetables,
but that section of line is so pitifully quiet freight wise
that I wouldn't possibly expect you to pay for the times! :)

In fact, during the day (6am to 10pm), the only regular freights
are loaded scrap trains from Handsworth to Cardiff Tidal, which
pass Old Hill around 16:50.

They don't run every day, but the MWFO(Q) train is operated by GBRf,
while on Tuesdays/Thursday, it is a DB turn.

On paper, the weekly flask train from Bridgwater is also booked to run
via Old Hill, but nine times out of ten it runs via the Lickey instead,
as it did today...
