I'm going on holiday soon from Heathrow, and was wondering which way was the best to Heathrow from Twyford.
Either Train to Reading and Railair to Heathrow, or Train to Slough and 7 Series bus to Heathrow.

I was thinking 7 Series, since it's the shortest route, what do you think?

Probably Slough then. You want to minimise the risk of being on a long road journey before a flight, as traffic could affect your journey.

Thanks Neil
The M4 isn't very good for traffic especially at the London end, but I suppose I there will be heavy traffic in Slough as well.
Does anyone know the prices for the 7series

Wouldn't changing to the Heathrow Connect at Hayes & Harlington be quicker ?

The National Rail journey planner scores it as 56 minutes using the xx:09 or xx:39 departures from Twyford.

On the way back it's 45 minutes leaving Heathrow (123) at xx:27 or xx:57
