Hi. Me and my friend have bought return tickets from Doncaster to Bournemouth with a 2 together railcard but he can no longer go. Would it be best for me to explain the situation with the inspector on the train as I have paid £70 for the ticket or travel with my 16-25 railcard and pay the excess fee?
